AMPS offers a scan service to convert paper ECGs to digital FDA compliant format XML files. Whether you have paper ECGs, or already scanned ECGs, AMPS can process them using our leading edge ECGScan software and convert them into XML files.

 

The input supported are:

  • original ECGs paper traces

  • graphic format files .gif, .png. jpg and .bmp. for ECGs scanned with at least 200DPI (or higher) and 8 bit grayscale color dept.

The output we provide is:

  • XML FDA format files

            or

  • Standard Binary files

How to use the service

 

ECGs can be sent to AMPS either via the internet, in case of scanned images, or via regular mail both for paper ECGs and scanned images recorded on a CD. AMPS can return the processed ECGs either via the Internet or on a CD via regular mail.

Make sure you specify in your request:

  • In which format you wish to receive the files (XML or binary)

  • How you wish to receive the processed ECGs (via e-mail or on CD via regular mail)

  • The file names you wish AMPS to use for the processed ECGs files.

  • In case of paper ECGs, if you wish the original paper copy to be returned to you

  • At which e-mail or postal address you wish to receive the processed ECGs files.

  • Your name and your company name and full postal address, where the invoice will be sent.

 

Incomplete requests will not be processed.
